I would be surprised if the name Sergey Lazovski meant a great deal to you. He was a scientist involved in the training of Soviet athletes in the 80’s. He experimented with a number of hormonal treatments that helped East German women develop large amounts of testosterone, masculine features, and in many cases cancers that were never treated. His work was, however ethically questionable, remarkably effective.
